Information used by the website
Account registration uses your email and password. Orders use your name, email, phone, delivery details and purchased items. Contact messages use the details you provide. Please submit only information necessary for your request.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Plantsdoctor stores order and payment references and payment status, rather than your full card details. Razorpay's own policies apply to information entered in its payment window.
Plant photographs
Photos submitted for AI diagnosis are sent to an AI service to assess the visible plant and suggest care steps. Do not upload photographs containing personal or sensitive information. Diagnosis is optional.
Browser storage
The website uses browser storage for account sessions, cart contents, favourites and seller information. These features may retain information on your device between visits.

Contact contact@plantsdoctor.com with questions or requests concerning your information. Before this policy is approved, the owner must confirm applicable legal requirements, retention periods, service-provider details and the process for privacy requests.
